1. Can I have my items delivered by a certain date?

Yes, please fill out these details in the Order Comments section before you select Process Order. Or you can ask these questions before placing your order by filling out the Contact Us form (Contact Info page).

2. How should I store the cakes or treats?

We do not use preservatives in any of our cakes and treats. Cakes and pupcakes can be refrigerated for up to a week and can be frozen for up to six months. Treats can last up to three weeks in the refrigerator and six months or more in the freezer.
Every order will include details on how to store each item to maximize freshness.

3. Do you accept special or customization orders?

Yes, please send us an email (use Contact Info page, or bark@mybestfriendsbakery.com ), or feel free to call us with your request at 214 228-1789.
These are a few examples of some of the special requests we have received: birthday parties, non-wheat cakes or treats, treats in a particular shape or dog breed.
